A Decent Stay
helpful staff great bar nice pool ant problem unchanged sheets no service
The staff were helpful and courteous. The bar area was great. The pool was nice too. The bathrooms need some updating.
I found ants all over the sink and worktop even with no food in the apartment. We complained twice, yet nobody came. Our sheets were not changed during the entire seven-day stay.

functional kitchen spacious balcony effective air conditioning
the apartment featured a functional kitchen. the balcony was a plus, with enough space to relax. i found the air conditioning worked effectively throughout my stay.
the bathroom shower head needed a little maintenance, though everything else was fine.

Excellent stay near the golf course
spacious studio helpful staff good value
The studio was quite spacious and included a small patio. Staff members were helpful and friendly. I found the room provided good climate control. The hotel offered good value overall.
I noticed some ants in the bathroom. This was a bit of a nuisance, but I hope the hotel addresses it to improve the experience .

lovely pool pleasant staff breakfast selection basic cutlery confusing hob long walk
The pool was lovely, it had plenty of space for everyone. the grounds were neatly kept, and i saw staff maintaining them daily. breakfast included tasty food. I enjoyed the selection. the staff were all pleasant and happy to help.
The cooking facilities were basic. i found the hob confusing and there was sparse cutlery available. We lacked bowls. my room had not been cleaned one day. The receptionist had a strange response. i also had to walk quite a distance to the nearest shop. It took around 15 minutes.

wonderful stay!
friendly staff clean area enough sunbeds spacious apartment
I'm grateful to have spent a week here! the staff was really friendly. They always helped when needed. the pool area was very clean and had enough sunbeds. our standard one-bedroom apartment was spacious.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noises from the hallway, though it was minor!

the pool area included many sunbeds and some shaded areas. i also noticed they keep the grounds neat with daily maintenance. there is a small playground near the pool for children, and it looks safe and secure.

breakfast offered the usual choices for a hotel, and i found it tasty enough. there is a snack bar up the road, and it seems ideal for quick bites. also, i recommend the bellavita restaurant, it is located not too far away.

the hotel is near the prime beaches of gale and salgados. a small supermarket is also within walking distance, approximately five minutes away. the hotel offers good access to the marina using bolt or public transportation, and that's great.
